QUALITY POLICY
It is the policy of Racsel Building Services LTD to maintain a quality system designed to meet the requirements of ISO9001:2015 (or any other standard in line with Annex SL Structure) in pursuit of its primary objectives, the purpose, and the context of the organisation.
It is the policy of Racsel Building Services Ltd:

Strive to satisfy the requirements of all of our customers, stakeholders and interested parties whenever possible, meeting and exceeding their expectations.

Comply with all legal requirements, codes of practice and all other requirements applicable to our activities;

To provide a competent and engaged workface who work efficiently to maintain a consistently high standard

The reduction of hazards, prevention of injury, ill health and pollution;

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
Racsel Building Services Ltd believe that businesses are responsible for achieving good environmental practice and operating in a sustainable manner.
We are therefore committed to reducing our environmental impact and continually improving
Our environmental performances as an integral and fundamental part of our business strategy
and operating methods.
It is our priority to encourage our customers, suppliers and all business associates to do the same.
Not only is this sound commercial sense for all; is also a matter of delivering on our duty of care
towards future generations.

Wholly support and comply with or exceed the requirements of current environmental legislation and codes of practice.

Minimise our waste and then reuse or recycle as much of it as possible

Minimise energy and water usage in our buildings, vehicles, and processes in order to

means of transport and car sharing as appropriate.

HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY
The Director of Racsel Building Services Limited acknowledges and accepts their statutory responsibilities for securing the health, safety and welfare of our Employees, or visitors to our premises, and all others affected by our activities.
We shall provide and maintain safe and healthy working conditions, in particular ensuring as far as reasonable practicable that:

Places of work are kept in a clean and safe condition, with arrangements in place for Employees’ welfare.

Work equipment is provided and maintained in a safe condition, suitable for the task.

Working practices are safe.

All Employees receive encouragement, information and support to enable them to carry out their work with regard for their own and others’ safety.

Safety factors are given proper consideration when any changes are made to our operation or when new equipment is used.
We shall encourage all employees to be actively involved in maintaining the safest possible operating conditions and practices.
We shall carry out a regular review of this policy to ensure that we maintain high standards of Health and Safety.

PRIVACY POLICY
The Data Protection Act 1998 has been replaced by the General Data Protection Regulations 2018. Racsel Building Services Ltd. is committed to compliance and has updated the company’s internal policies and processes to ensuring that your privacy is protected. This Privacy Notice is to inform you what information we hold and what policies we have in place to keep this data secure. Racsel treats all client information received as confidential and your personal information will only be shared with others in accordance with this Privacy Notice.
Client Information Requirements
We collect your full name and contact details (such as phone number, email address and postal address) from you. Where we engage with you to carry out maintenance on your behalf we will ask for additional emergency contact information in case we need to get in touch with you outside of working hours or in the event there is a matter requiring your urgent attention. Where you engage us for additional maintenance services we will share your personal information with third party sub-contractors as is necessary to allow us to fulfil our obligations to you.
We need your personal information to perform the services you have requested from us. If you do not provide the information required for these purposes, we will not be able to perform our contract with you and may not be able to provide services to you or continue to provide certain services to you. We will explain when this is the case at the point where we collect information from you.
Under data protection legislation we are only permitted to use your personal information if we have a legal basis for doing so.
We rely on the following legal bases to use your information:

Where we need information to perform the contract we have entered into with you

Where we are managing property on your behalf we may need to pass your personal information from time to time on to third party contractors whom we have engaged to carry out maintenance on your properties.

Our Client’s Rights:

All clients have the right to request access to and/or a copy of the personal information that Racsel holds at any time.

All clients have the right to request non-relevant, expired items (over 6 years for financial) be removed from their record and forgotten.

All clients have the right to have to have incomplete or inaccurate data rectified without undue delay.

Our client data is stored on our secure client management system. Access is restricted to those within the business who are required to have access to your information for legitimate business purposes.

All client hard copy information is kept in named folders in lockable cabinets.

We use your personal information through our client management system to carry out our administrative and financial work in relation to your contract.

All electronic data is protected by passwords and stored within Racsel’s IT system which is maintained by our IT company – ITS – the company has confirmed GDPR compliance in the storage of data back-up.

We may share your personal information with any person working within Racsel on a need to know basis to ensure we are able to perform our obligations to you.
For specific information on how your personal information will be used for the services you have requested from us please contact our registered office. If you have any questions, comments or requests regarding any aspect of this Privacy Policy, please do not hesitate to contact us. If there are any changes to the way in which your personal information is used, this Privacy Notice will be updated.
If you have any complaints about the way we use your personal information please contact the Racsel Office, they will try to resolve the issue. If we cannot resolve an issue you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
