THE ROLE

​

Our office based team communicate with our clients and co-ordinate our engineers. You will be offering top tier customer support and assistance to our clients with the help of our technical experts.

​

The role includes planning maintenance works and scheduling reactive and emergency works for our clients. Using our in house field software to process administrative tasks. 

​

Asist with the preparation of Health & Safety documentation to ensure compliance 

​

Deliver exceptional customer service at all times and take a pro-active approach to client liaison ensuring good communication.

​

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

 

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Excellent written organisational skills 

  • Ability to take initiative on tasks and pay good attention to detail 

  • Competent IT Skills 

  • Ability to work alone and within a team

  • Previous experience of the Building Services industry would be beneficial but not essential.

Basic Salary: £24,000 +
