THE ROLE
​
Our office based team communicate with our clients and co-ordinate our engineers. You will be offering top tier customer support and assistance to our clients with the help of our technical experts.
​
The role includes planning maintenance works and scheduling reactive and emergency works for our clients. Using our in house field software to process administrative tasks.
​
Asist with the preparation of Health & Safety documentation to ensure compliance
​
Deliver exceptional customer service at all times and take a pro-active approach to client liaison ensuring good communication.
