Racsel Building Services was formed in 1967 and has been providing professional all maintenance services specialising in Heating, Ventilation and Air conditioning (HVAC) to a variety of long standing clients within in the public sector, commercial businesses as well as residential properties for over 50 years.

Our team are fully accredited to ISO 9001 Quality Management Standard, and our in house team of engineers are fully certified. We offer a real time-reporting system where we are able to produce elctronic servicing certificates and reporting electronically on site offering ultimate compliance and assurance to our clients.

Throughout the years we have built strong partnerships with our clients and have worked for a portfolio of prestigious clients such as IPC media within the Blue Finn building, London, The Saudi Embassy of Arabia, The National Heritage Fund (Lottery), TOSHIBA and a number of private residential clients such as the prolific fashion designer Valentino.
